Happy Mother's Day Frame

Howdy y'all!

Well Mother's Day is fast approaching! So your girl Mary Ellen from Creative Time With ME is here to help y'all out! I have a wonderful way to decorate a picture frame using The Robin's Nest Dew Drops!

  1. I started out by grabbing a raw wood picture frame.
  2. Next I brought out some Tim Holtz Distress Paint in Ground Espresso
  3.  After placing the paint in my palette. I used a foam brush to apply it to the frame.
  4. When the paint was dry I brought out The Robin's Nest Dew Drops and some Bearly Art Craft Glue.
  5. I then proceeded to glue down one of the small green Dew Drops and 7 red tear drop shaped Dew Drops.
  6. This process continued until all the flowers were on the frame.
  7. Then I brought the green Dew Drops back in and using the small circular and tear drop shaped Dew Drops. I created the look of leaves and  stems for the flowers.
  8. Next in the top and bottom center of the frame I brought out the red heart Dew Drops and gold large circular Dew Drops.
  9. And I proceeded to glue them onto the middle top and bottom portions of the frame.
  10. Once that was all done and dry. I was able to place a picture inside for my mom.
  11. Now it is ready to be a Mother's Day present.

On the Robin's Nest blog you will find a video tutorial of the process.

Somebunny Loves You

Howdy y'all!

Mary Ellen here from Creative Time With ME! I have an adorable bordering on elegant Easter card to share with you!

  1. I began creating this card by bringing out some white cardstock that had adhesive sheet on the back
  2. Then I brought out my Martha Stewart bunny punch
  3. After punching out about 10+ bunnies I stacked them onto each other
  4. Then I stamped the sentiment onto the card front
  5. Going back to the paper bunnies. I brought out my T-square ruler to help me make sure that my bunny was straight
  6. Next I glued the tear shaped Dew Drops onto the card front to create a heart shape
  7. I then brought out a pen to help create the illusion that the Dew Drops were carrots
  8. Finally I put the second bunny onto the card front
  9. And to finish things off I attached the card front to the base

Stamps: Colorado Craft Company Bunnies & Robin
Paper: CTMH White Daisy
Ink: MFT Extreme Black
Accessories: Martha Stewart Medium Sitting Bunny punch, The Robin's Nest Plumeria Dew Drops, ARTEZA Inkonic Pens

For this slimline card, I started out with a flower stencil and some Distress ink. Then I used my stamping platform to put some sentiments on my card. At this point I attached the card front to the base. To complete the card I used Bearly Art glue and attached some Dew Drops.

I Love You Circuit

 Howdy y'all!

It's Mary Ellen from Creative Time With ME! And I have this uniquely geeky Valentine's Day card to share with y'all!

The Make Art Stay-tion held onto the black cardstock and stencil. I then took a ink blending tool with domed foam applicators to apply the Tim Holtz Distress Oxide ink. Next I stamped the sentiment using Gina K ink and a MISTI. After which I used the Heart die in my Sizzix Sidekick. Once that was complete I placed foam tape on the backside of the heart which I placed on the card front. Finally, I applied Bearly Art glue to attach the Dew Drops

Stamps: Dare 2B Artzy Rewrite the Stars
Paper: CTMH Black, Bazzill Raspberry Splash
Ink: Gina K Amalgam Obsidian, Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Lucky Clover
