Have you had a chance to play along in The Daily Marker 30 Day Challenge? Today is the 10th day I am participating in challenge! I have found it to be great motivation to work on my coloring.
For this card, I used a We R Memory Stamp Press. It comes with a platform and a plexi sheet to place your stamps on. You can buy extra plexi sheets. Which is what I do. I actually have 2 Stamp Presses and an extra plexi sheet. I took the party hats from one stamp set. I started out by attaching the kitty onto one of the plexi sheets. Then I put the hat on top of that, and attached it onto another plexi sheet. I colored this image in with alcohol markers for the bedding and colored pencils for the cat. The cat was blended by using a Fantastix and baby oil. If you would like to see how I do that please visit here. Then I created a mask for the kitty using ROCK Sticker Label Paper. I placed the mask for the party hat back on the kitty. And then I brought out an Amazon makeup brush to apply the squeezed lemonade to the area. Finally, I pieced the card together.
